Try Practice Better →Appointments, clients and practitioners on each plan
Jane limits Balance by appointments, 20 a month, and by practitioners, one profile. Practice Better's plan cards set client limits instead: 10 on Starter, 300 on Professional, and unlimited on Plus and Team. Practice Better pricing lists each plan.
On Practice Better a second practitioner means Team: $155 a month covers 2 practitioners, and each one added is $50 a month. On Jane's Practice plan, which includes one full-time practitioner, the page lists $35 a month per full-time practitioner and $17.50 a month per part-time practitioner.
Group video and AI notes as add-ons
Jane sells both as add-ons at $15 a month per opted-in practitioner: Group Telehealth for up to 15 participants, and AI Scribe, with 5 free notes on every plan. Practice Better's built-in video is one-to-one only, and group sessions run through your own Zoom account. Its AI Charting Assistant costs $10, $20 or $40 a month per practitioner by tier. Practice Better telehealth lists the plans with video.
Trial, demo account and moving your data
Jane says it has no free trial and offers a demo account instead. Practice Better gives new users 14 days on Starter, Professional or Plus and 30 days on Team, and its sign-up asks for a credit card that is charged at the end unless you cancel in time.
Jane advertises a free data import. Practice Better's Basic Migration is free and imports the active client list. Premium Migration costs $500.
